[edit] General biography
Sokai is a seasoned, general writer, having been so for eighteen years. While she has always harbored great interest within an accumulation of things, ranging from art to music, both reading and writing have been at the top of the proverbial list, resulting in an array of fiction writing over the years, original as well as fan-based.
Sokai's most common piece or series to write, in this case, fanfiction, about in recent years has been "W.I.T.C.H.", an Italian fantasy/superhero comic book series created in 2001 (and currently ongoing) by Elisabetta Gnone. Sokai's most successful W.I.T.C.H. creation has been, without a doubt, the story entitled "Requiem for a Dream," which has received untold amounts of both praise, fandom, as well as support, resulting in a multitude of various fan-contributions such as spin-offs, awards, fanart, and even a recently created comic book version, still in progress and created by xaddictedx (who is also a fellow W.I.T.C.H. fanfiction writer).
Due to its success, Sokai, herself, has created two new related stories, one being a direct sequel, and the other a spin-off sequel of sorts (and are both currently in progress), "Tears of Redemption," and "Beyond Death's Door," respectfully. Both have also been met with a great deal of support, as well as fanart.
Besides W.I.T.C.H., Sokai has also written for other series over the years, as well, such as, to name a few, Takeuchi Naoko's "Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon" Japanese manga/anime series, Vincent Chalvon-Demersay and David Michel's French-originated "Totally Spies!" animated series, and British writer, J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter fantasy/sci-fi novel series.
Her latest project is the continued collaboration with DayDreamer9, and her "Guardians of Eos" W.I.T.C.H. fanfiction story.
