• On December 5, 2000, the mailing list PopStarFanFics was founded. [1] This list hosted Back Street Boys, NSync, Take5, No Authority, Natural, Christian Davis, Moffatts, Hanson, Skandal, Westlife, A1, MyTown, 5ive, O-town, Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson fan fiction.

• By 2001, people were posting Westlife fan fiction to FanFiction.Net.
• On October 9, 2001, the Westlife LiveJournal community westlife was created. [2]

• On February 12, 2002, the Westlife mailing list westlife-fan-fiction was created. [3]
• On July 16, 2002, the mailing list Tales_From_The_RP was founded. [4] The list hosts Pink, NSync, Britney Spears, Back Street Boys and Westlife fan fiction.

• By January of 2003, the Westlife fandom had also gotten into self published anthologies of stories. Their book was "Westlife Fan Fiction" edited by Lesley Slee and Aisling O'Hagan.
